FLIPPING NICE CREAM
We’ve flipped ice cream into “Nice Cream” using our Flip 7 blend to create a dreamy, guilt-free treat packed with 20g of clean plant protein, adaptogens, super greens, prebiotics, probiotics, digestive enzymes, and 25 vitamins and minerals.
Blend all ingredients in a high-quality blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. You may need to shake down the fruit to ensure even blending. Level it up with chopped almonds, walnuts, or fresh berries.
Chef's Notes
The more frozen fruit you add, the creamier your “Nice Cream” will be. Cashew milk creates the creamiest texture, but unsweetened coconut milk works well, too. Enjoy as soft-serve or freeze for a firmer scoop.
