Whether it’s your eyes, the way you treat others, your hair… you can train yourself to look what’s good in the mirror instead of instantly seeing what’s “wrong”. 

When you fuel your body with nourishment and match it with aligned thoughts and actions, everything shifts — faster than you think. Science backs it up too. Through epigenetics, your cells are literally eavesdropping on your thoughts. When you send signals of guilt or shame, your body clings to stress and weight. But when you start relaxing into self-love, you send a new signal:
I’m safe. I’m ready to change. I’m ready to feel good in my skin.

Compliments, Confidence, and the Power of Receiving
One of the biggest indicators that your Body Image is steeped in negativity is your ability to accept a compliment. 
Can you accept a compliment — and simply say Thank You or do you constantly deflect?

When you reject praise, you’re not being humble; you’re blocking love and abundance.
The next time someone tells you that you look great, or that your energy is glowing, receive it. Let it land. Let your body feel that it’s true.

Start matching your internal dialogue to your external actions:
“I like the way I spoke kindly to myself today.”
“I’m proud that I showed up.”
“I’m learning to see what’s right, not just what’s wrong.”

Shift from Conditional Love to Unconditional Confidence
It’s time to realize that the number on the scale doesn’t define your worth.
The reflection in the mirror doesn’t determine your joy.
You’re not “on track” or “off track” — you’re becoming aligned.
